Below you find the overview of the rates. You can choose your own preferred arrival and departure date.
All the villas can be rented on a weekly or nightly base (minimum rental nights is 3). The rate will be adjusted accordingly.
To view the availability we kindly refer you to the particularly page of each villa on this website. On these pages you will find also the applicable promotional and last minute rates.
For stays longer than 2 weeks there is a discount applicable of Euro € 50.

| The rental rates are for the exclusive use of the villa and including gas, water and electricity consumption, taxes (including 10% rental tax), staff costs, help desk, free (wifi) internet and a welcome package including the first dinner and the first breakfast after arrival. Minimum number of nights rent: 3. Discount for a stay of 2 weeks or longer: € 50. Deposit per stay: € 150. |
